1. License
These terms are between you and {{LEGAL_ENTITY}}. Subject to these terms, Microsoft Store terms and the acquired offer, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use {{PRODUCT_NAME}}.
2. Offers
Active Trial protects at most one folder and supports Personal and Work or School roots. Active Personal and Business protect multiple folders and support both root types. Work or School does not require Business. Version 0.3.1 claims no additional Business-only synchronization feature. Restore and Recover remain available after Trial expiry or license unavailability.
3. Technical boundary
The app performs local folder management with copy, verification, journals, rollback, recovery and restore. It has no Microsoft Graph access, App Registration, MSAL or app login. The OneDrive desktop client may synchronize the local destination. Local state does not guarantee remote upload, deletion or retention. Impact is local counts only.
4. Responsibilities
You must have authority to process selected files, maintain backups, review previews/warnings, keep Windows/OneDrive supported and avoid interrupting operations.
5. Restrictions
You may not bypass production licensing, reverse engineer except where mandatory law permits, distribute private keys, misrepresent the product as a Microsoft product, or use it unlawfully.
6. Updates and support

7. Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is”. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights.
8. Liability
